Why make to order?

Excluding in-person events, every product I offer is made to order. This enables me to use materials as required and reduce waste. Our commitment to made-to-order products allows us to minimize environmental impact by reducing excess materials and waste.

What is the current turn around timeframe?

The current turn-around timeframe prior to dispatch is 3-5 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, there is a production lead time before shipping. Typically, orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days, with a potential extension during peak seasons (November-January).

What postage method do you use to ship products?

For postage within the UK items are posted using Royal Mail Second Class delivery service.

For international shipping the service will either be EVRI or Royal Mail standard shipping as the initial carrier.

Do you make custom sizes?

We are able to create custom sizes, though larger items may not be possible due to material limitations. To inquire further, please contact us via our web form and provide detailed measurements such as height and diameter.

I am not happy with my order.

If you are not happy with your order please get in touch via our contact form within 28 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund.

Do you do any workshops?

Conducting workshops is a future initiative. Information will be shared once feasible. Subscribe to the newsletter for updates.

Why does a colour not show on the item I want to buy?

Typically, the absence of a color on a listing indicates insufficient cord material of that color.
